RETURNS

 

We want you to love your VANCE pieces as much as we do. We will happily provide you with a store credit or exchange (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements. Please note items marked as FINAL SALE are in fact final and we will be unable to facilitate returns.
 
How do I lodge a return?
To lodge a return please contact us at hello@vancethelabel.com with your name, order number, return reason and item/s you are wanting to return.

 

Timeline for Returns

Please submit your return to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We aim to process your return within 2-4 business days of receiving. Please note the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. VANCE is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

 

Faulty/incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect item or the wrong quantity, please email hello@vancethelabel.com with your order number, images and message of the issue and we will work with you to find the best solution. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items.

 

Returns on Discounted orders

Full priced items purchased using discount or promotional codes can only be returned for an exchange or store credit (in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year) of the purchase amount (shipping not included in credit amount). Please note the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Reduced items that are purchased with an additional discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed on full priced items using our welcome code for 15% or personalised codes are eligible for a credit in the form of a gift card or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached to be considered for return. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are reviewed. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

We, VANCE, reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
