We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days and are generally shipped within two business days from our SEQ based warehouse. 
 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact: hello@vancethelabel.com.

Express and standard shipping will be sent via Aus Post, at a flat rate of $8 for Standard ($10 for WA) and $13 for Express ($15 for WA). We expect products to arrive within 3-6 business days from time of dispatch (excluding WA). Please keep in mind we do not have control over postage times and delays. 

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $40 and delivery times vary based on location. International shipping will connect with the local postage system once it reaches the destination country. We do not have control over shipping times and delays.
