Order Processing

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days and are generally shipped within two business days from our Gold Coast, QLD based warehouse. 
 

Australian + NZ Orders

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact: hello@vancethelabel.com.

Shipping within Australia for all orders $200aud and New Zealand $220nzd and over is complimentary. For all orders under $200aud/$220nzd, see below:

Express and standard shipping will be sent via Aus Post, at a flat rate of $9 for Standard and $15 for Express. We expect products to arrive within 3-6 business days from time of dispatch (excluding WA + NT). Please keep in mind we do not have control over postage times and delays. 

Preorder Items

Pre-order items are made available to secure before they arrive at our warehouse, with limited quantities released for purchase. You will be charged when the order is placed in the same way you would a normal purchase, and your order will be priority dispatched once stock arrives.

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide, while we do our best, these may change due to factors outside our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

International Shipping

International shipping outside of NZ is charged at a flat rate of $45 and delivery times vary based on location. International shipping will connect with the local postage system once it reaches the destination country. We do not have control over shipping times and delays.
